I personal lost 60 pounds in 200ThreeHere are some tactics I used to lose the weight. Eat every three hours. This will keep your blood sugar stable. Try to eat real food at least three times a day, breakfast, lunch & dinner. In between your food meals take a good meal replacement shake or bar.

It’s a given that useful weight loss is much more then simply going on a “diet”. To actually lose weight & (hopefully) keep that weight off, you need to add exercise to the equation. For Most people, weight loss exercise means aerobics – running, jogging, kickboxing or some other type of routine where you get your heart racing for 30 to 45 mins.

If you break the word apart, Nutra has to do with nutrition, & Ceuticals has to do with drug companies – pharmaceuticals. so what is the big deal? Nutraceuticals are god-given nutrients that are readily available for our good health, but drug companies want to make them illegal to buy & use – unless they can sell them to raise their bank accounts. |

In the word "diet" is the word (die)that in itself should be fair warning that dieting is not a good thing. its like taking an aspirin for a brain tumor! its a temporary solution for a permanent problem. It's never going to go away unless you get to the root cause.
From personal experience I have myself like all of you at one time or another tried dieting. I have lost weight on some plans
but in the long run was not able to sustain it. |
