Not sure about the dead skin flapping around, but Vitamin E capsules work well. Puncture a pin hole in one end and apply directly to the stretchmarks and massage in.

    Laser surgery works wonders!

While the word surgery sounds ominous, it is really a very simple treatment and side effects are rare. During the procedure, the only pain you should experience is a pinching or needling sensation, as the lasers do their work.

The downside to laser surgery for stretch mark removal is that it can become quite costly: Treatments range from $400 to $1500 or more for each session.

Treatments can last anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, depending on the severity of the stretch marks and the area of skin that is affected. You can expect to return for a series of treatments: Two to six sessions can be required.

Strivectin is expensive but no guarantee.

Use Bio-oil.It is much cheaper and there are hundred of testimonial to show that it works on stretch marks.

Your last question…i dun think it is dead skin.If it is,then it is very easy to be peeled off.But you have to apply treatment that take weeks or months to be able to see the results
